-Supporting system well established to do your job -Many friends, because the company consist huge number of employees -Can work basically anywhere -Health benefit immensely good -Higher pay rate than outside companies, good bonus, etc
Cons
-Very demanding jobs, eventhough HR is trying. But REALLY, being workaholic is culture & DNA of this company and its people. Ambitious people will be suitable for this type of company. -SO MANY MEETINGS! -Not all SR Management caring to their subordinates' career path -Promotion are (MOSTLY) very subjective, based on likes and dislikes. Being smart & competent is not enough in this company. Need to be fake yourself here to be liked - i would say -So many fake people -Demanding jobs, long way career, fake friendship. Politics.. politics.. politics.
