      Pros

      Good atmosphere, nice people to work with. They have good summer internships for students which are very detailed and interactive.

      Cons

      In internships you don't have enough team-work. In graduate programs it's difficult to make it to a manager position. But overall it's good.

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

      Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues
