The other side of the medal of agile working is that you basically work all the time. No one pays attention to the time you get in or leave because more often than not, you work late and work many, many, many more hours than your contracted amount.
Senior management and HR are all about "head-in-the-sand" philosophy about any employee's difficulty. If you have any problem at all (even if it's workload, line manager, colleagues), you can't look at HR or senior managers for help. You're basically screwed. There's been a lot of suicides due to work pressures the last couple of years. Unilever's way of dealing with it is to do these run-of-the-mill, standard Health & Wellbeing workshops which are completely useless.
Salaries are low.
Basically, if everything is fine, Unilever is an amazing company. If you have issues, look for a job elsewhere.
