      This hospital is supposedly based on a community model and attempts to be active in the local community.

      Cons

      The hospital appears to "cheap out" in many areas and falls miles behind other hospitals in the state regarding employee compensation, benefits, and PTO and appears to be making no visible strides in changing this fact.

      Pros

      It's a job where nursing jobs are scarce unless you want to work in the nursing home or home health.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible and super expensive. Management doesn't have a clue, it's who you know not what you know. No room for advancement. They do shady things that somehow always get covered up.
