      Not what I expected

      Pros

      This hospital is supposedly based on a community model and attempts to be active in the local community.

      Cons

      The hospital appears to "cheap out" in many areas and falls miles behind other hospitals in the state regarding employee compensation, benefits, and PTO and appears to be making no visible strides in changing this fact.

      Great co-workers that work as team players.

      Cons

      Sometimes management forgets healthcare is not a 9 to 5 job. They really frown on overtime but if you have a patient crashing it's not like you can just leave when your shift is over.
