Pros

I have been working at Uniqlo Vietnam for 3 years, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic retail environment with competitive salary, excellent benefits, and strong career development opportunities. Strengths Consistently delivered high performance in a dynamic retail environment with 40 working hours per week, plus additional paid overtime when required. • Effectively managed flexible scheduling with 2 days off weekly, ensuring strong work-life balance. • Considered for promotion every 6 months, demonstrating strong career growth potential. • Recognized for outstanding customer service, with opportunities for training trips to Japan. • Fully entitled to social insurance and benefits with competitive salary aligned to performance. • Thrived in a friendly, supportive, and collaborative work environment. • Actively contributed ideas and provided feedback, as the company encourages open communication. • Gained strong English communication skills by working directly with international managers and serving a large base of foreign customers (70% of clients are tourists). • Successfully handled multitasking by managing multiple responsibilities in one position.

Cons

Weakness • High overtime demands during peak seasons, which can impact work-life balance and health. • Frequent changes in management (every 6 months), sometimes leading to limited time for accurate evaluation of employees’ capabilities.

Pros

Your fellow associates are nice. The job isn’t very hard. Normal retail job

Cons

Management can be hit or miss. My manager was terrible and she made the whole job a terrible experience. This is very common for Uniqlo as they have little managers and they often get moved around a lot when people complain about them. Job is easy but if management are bad I would run
