Disrespectful People - Social Media Intern UniversaCare Employee Review

I worked in the Universacare Office. In my time there I experienced a very unprofessional work environment due to workplace violence and undue harassment from the manager. During a time when I was supposed to be introduced to the community culture I was met with aggression that I did not deserve. After simply submitting a blog post, the manager berated me with rude, harsh remarks of disapproval despite my constant plea to be treated with respect. Despite being insulted, I remained professional throughout, and Millen Rastogi continued to treat me like a child. If this is how employees are treated, I would not want them to be trusted with taking care of my loved ones. I've never left a Glassdoor review before but the disrespect I faced was too much to let slide. Do not work here. If you are a Home Health Aide do not work for this agency. They won't pay you your worth.
