Flexibility, can start early to get off early or start late and just work late
Cons
Many.. As a new hire std benefits specialist you will be working unpaid overtime and the company has had many lawsuits regarding this. No moving up, no continuous training, and you will be flopped to multiple managers (often time with zero experience in the role they are managing). Workers there for 4 years and had 7 different managers… so no leadership can ever actually get to know you or your skills
