Training and support are stellar, clear career path advancement oppurtunities, consistent pay increase based on economy as well as job related pay raises. Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Cons
Depending on the department you are in you could be required to work evenings up to 8pm. Call center jobs are high volume and metric based so if you want freedom to getup and move at your leisure this would be a con for you. Schedules in call center or performance based so i you dont meet your metrics you most likely will not get your preferences.
