Pros

This particular position was so flexible and really appreciated by all departments. There was not a huge amount of pressure on this position like many other positions within the company. The Human Resources Manager was fantastic and it was a great team to work with. Great incentives for floor agents. They practically spent $5000/week in gift cards to reward agents and always threw celebratory lunches. Really good to agents however it is a high stress job.

Cons

High turnover rate for agents and management as with most settings similar in nature. The higher up bosses were very quick to give the boot to anyone who was not performing as desired instead of training and shaping them into the manager they would like. High stress for everyone around the building.
