-Very pro-employee mental health/wellness - Great benefits - A lot of opportunities for professional development, internal growth, and more - Very important culture focused around diversity & inclusion - Entirely remote
Cons
- Some teams are better than others; there are issues around various men in the company, specifically in engineering, that aren't as inclusive - Budget cuts hurt travel & doing team meetups, things that were normal & expected as a yearly benefit - Budget cuts caused the smallest pay increase that is borderline insulting: 1-2% across the company
