-Amazing supervision -Very quick to respond to application and throughout interview -Good experience -Referral base is great, no need to market yourself
Cons
Hour limits on LPC’s No benefits Communication is mostly done over email or phone (rarely face to face) It’s expanding so trying to figure out who to contact can be challenging and lots of learning as you go as orientation is only two hours so directions on everything is not given At times due to the expansion feels like it is quantity vs. quality
