Urban Balance is a supportive and friendly place to work. As a licensed counselor, they make my job easy by only having to focus on my clinical work. They have administrative and support staff to help with billing, intake, marketing, and office management. I feel extremely lucky to work for a company that gives me support in some ways, while also allowing for autonomy in regards to my client work. The leadership here is phenomenal. Compensation is competitive, and I have always felt heard and respected by the leadership team. They strive to make their staff happy, and are constantly soliciting feedback from staff to ensure they are providing the best possible work environment.
