It's a classic 4 years vesting timeline with a one year cliff. Upon leaving, I received a notice that they are exercising their right to buy back the rights I had already vested at the "fair market value of $0". This is something people considering joining UserTesting and actual employees should be aware of. This part of the compensation is effectively worthless.
