Management see the nurses and HHA/CNAs as everyone is replaceable, no Value for the HHAs No raises, cost of leaving continues rising, Vitas gives 1% races if you are LUCKY, NO management follows Old Vitas Values, We take care one and Other? Not existing anymore,
