I've had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, appeals, and claims resolution across multiple states. The team is supportive, and there are continuous opportunities to learn and develop new skills. I appreciate that the work is meaningful because it contributes to ensuring patients receive the hospice services they need.
