Every year, we have an annual evaluation with the opportunity for merit increases and/or improvement plans. The leadership team is supportive and willing to work with us to insure everyone has a good work-life balance. We have a generous PTO package. There is ample opportunity for growth and promotion. Most of the people who work for VITAS genuinely do want to do what's best for patients and families and live by the four core Vitas values - patients and families come first, we take care of each other, I'll do my best today and even better tomorrow, and I am proud to make a difference.
