      Pros

      Good pay, they teach you all about driveing ruls, lot of miles on the road, good pay, startup is 38c, per mile and after 3 months is 40c per mile.

      Cons

      They want you to drive 5000 miles per week. DOT allowes 3000 miles for single driver. Big confusion who is responsable for what. Pay checks are not paid correctly, every week I have to see what was not paid and to make complains. No health or any other benefits. Hard to get day off. Bad experience.

      Only if you need a job.

      Cons

      Low management skills. Never precise in there day to day operations. Asset’s (Equipment) unpredictable. Logistics side of the company very weak, no leadership,no direction. No long term plan through out the company. Service is sub par for a company this small. Health insurance has much room for improvement, the hard working of this company need better care even if it cost the company a little more.Invest in your employees you be surprised what they could do for you.
