nice place to work at i worked for them just shy of a year worked hard most i was away from home (Dallas) was 10 days other than that i was home every week saved my money now i got my own truck under my own authority.old truck 1236

Cons

just wish the truck C.C worked on 72 instead of 70 to get the 72 you got to keep your foot on the pedal

Good pay, they teach you all about driveing ruls, lot of miles on the road, good pay, startup is 38c, per mile and after 3 months is 40c per mile.

Cons

They want you to drive 5000 miles per week. DOT allowes 3000 miles for single driver. Big confusion who is responsable for what. Pay checks are not paid correctly, every week I have to see what was not paid and to make complains. No health or any other benefits. Hard to get day off. Bad experience.

Cons

Low management skills. Never precise in there day to day operations. Asset’s (Equipment) unpredictable. Logistics side of the company very weak, no leadership,no direction. No long term plan through out the company. Service is sub par for a company this small. Health insurance has much room for improvement, the hard working of this company need better care even if it cost the company a little more.Invest in your employees you be surprised what they could do for you.
