      There aren't any for sure.

      Cons

      Pathetic management/owner. You will get a feeling of dictatorship. They really don't have any moral values. DON'T trust the 4+ rating anywhere for this company. They literally force employees to rate 5 and write a goody goody reviews. Yes, they made you login and write a review forcefully.

      Very good for freshers, you will get to learn a lot.

      Salary is very less and the continuous changes are there which can be overwhelming.

      Pros

      As a fresher I have started my journey with Vadera & Co. Whole company is working like a family. Work environment is upright. Proper training is provided and also assign different challenging new tasks. Few of the points from which I can presumed that VNC is The New Generation Accounting Firm: 1. Working on cloud based Accounting system. 2. Using many different types of Accounting, Finance and Reporting software. 3. Providing services all over the Globe.

      Cons

      There are no such striking cons, but need some refinement in overtime and leave policy.
