While management may fall short at times, many non-management employees stand out for their genuine helpfulness and sincere care.
Cons
Management often appears disengaged and unresponsive to employee and customer needs. There is a reluctance to embrace change, even when simple adjustments could significantly enhance the experience for both employees and customers. Although input is occasionally requested, suggestions for improvement are rarely acknowledged or implemented by leadership. There seems to be a pattern of hiring externally rather than promoting highly qualified internal candidates, limiting opportunities for growth within the organization.
