Pros
Hard to say. Some of the people are pleasant to work with.
Cons
Deceptive on working conditions during hiring process. High turn-over. Limited to non-existent organized process outside of Procore, and even then, its still bad. No real hierarchy structure. Goes VP - SR PM yet all are considered field staff except VP? Per Diem does not reflect current market conditions, $60/day for food $100/day housing/hotel. Have yet to find any accommodations under $150/night. Often must come out of pocket to cover rotations on site. By hundreds if not thousands of dollars sometimes. Gas cards decline frequently for days at a time. Atypical EPC contract structure. No holiday pay other than normal salary if they make you work Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year..etc. For PMs they say 2:1 rotation; work onsite regardless of if any work is being performed; require staff to traverse to site in adverse weather conditions...etc. No support or desire for work-life balance.
