Okay work place - Manager Vantedge Medical Employee Review

401K, Benefits (Kaisier, Dental, Vision) Not the best but its there for you to use. Work/Life Balanceis decent, Dont expect too much overtime right now. Glad Vantedge layed-off former employees due to company being bought out. Older management were a pain in the tail. Leaving work related questions unanswered, Old QM made you feel less than when in reality did not help much. It is a very much a learn as you go job. Culture on the floor: Asian in cable harness, Mexican/ other races are doing the assembly and machining jobs. Good job if you know how to blend in and work. Dont stand out too much or try to be superman. Show success through achieving your own goals.

No real room for in house improvement when all employees are tied to their position... (scary) This company is removing employees who have been here for years with the most knowledge. Company would rather keep lower wage workers who are fine with low pay and no genuine employee appreciation. (Pizza party is just disrespectful at this point) We aren't falling for it anymore. We take it because its free but when they say we are what keep the company up and running is BS. Money talks and it creates more motivation within the company. I appreciate my job and the opportunity solely because it lets me scrape by and pay my bills. The pay rate is designed to attract immigrants and people with no voice and no choice. (Opinion) Big Dawgs eating steak while employees are eating scrap. I have yet to find a company that helps the little guys out. If you work in the office it would probably be a little better.

If I had to give a positive, I would say this company's only real value is to show you what the worst place to work for is so that any other place seems like a blessing when compared. Other than that,,, None! They'll brag about "unlimited PTO" but that's only a ploy so they don't have to pay you out for any accrued/unused when they eventually fire you,,, and you can be sure that they WILL fire you! Take more than 5 days off in the year and suddenly your performance starts to be questioned. You have been warned

This company is lead by finance people who have no value of a human being nor any idea how the company actually makes its money. They are all paid 6 figures and then demand that the workers making less than 50k do more hours. They can't see beyond an excel sheet. HR is horrible! They are just weaponized by finance to harass people into doing more or gaslighting you into making you believe you were the problem. They are owned by a private equity group with the only intention to chop the company up and sell off the peices for more than they paid. No one at the company makes it longer than 3 years. You have been warned
