Pay weekly was nice, nothing else - if you are reading this, I assume you have or are about to apply. Stop and run the other direction. You've been warned.
Cons
Everything you can think of. Erratic environment where everything is a fire drill. I'm not going to provide a specific list, because the overwhelming odds are that you find out everything is a con.

Pros
Good peer to peer work. Great colleagues to work with. Company was good before being bought by a PE firm.
Cons
Toxic upper management, Poor Executive Leadership. If you know how to lick up to executive team then you can get promotion or else nothing. VERY VERY Underpaying company and toxic culture. No actual goals measurement.
