      Pros

      There are no pros. These people are grossly incompetent. They bought a successful business and immediately flew it right into the ground.

      Cons

      Before they bought the company I worked for, we had over 100 people. Now, it's half that because site management and corporate management are grossly incompetent. All they do is high five themselves and say what a great job they're doing. We were on the verge of getting a $20 million contract that the previous owner setup. Corporate stepped in and took over the project and we got $0.

      Pros

      Working with people when the company was Hobson and Motzer is the best part of the experience

      Cons

      Since Vantedge Medical bought Hobson and Motzer, the business is a sinking ship with key employees leaving every day. Vantedge Medical has removed benefits and even taken away any 401K matching Being employed here is no longer competitive with similar jobs

      Pros

      401K, Benefits (Kaisier, Dental, Vision) Not the best but its there for you to use. Work/Life Balanceis decent, Dont expect too much overtime right now. Glad Vantedge layed-off former employees due to company being bought out. Older management were a pain in the tail. Leaving work related questions unanswered, Old QM made you feel less than when in reality did not help much. It is a very much a learn as you go job. Culture on the floor: Asian in cable harness, Mexican/ other races are doing the assembly and machining jobs. Good job if you know how to blend in and work. Dont stand out too much or try to be superman. Show success through achieving your own goals.

      Cons

      No real room for in house improvement when all employees are tied to their position... (scary) This company is removing employees who have been here for years with the most knowledge. Company would rather keep lower wage workers who are fine with low pay and no genuine employee appreciation. (Pizza party is just disrespectful at this point) We aren't falling for it anymore. We take it because its free but when they say we are what keep the company up and running is BS. Money talks and it creates more motivation within the company. I appreciate my job and the opportunity solely because it lets me scrape by and pay my bills. The pay rate is designed to attract immigrants and people with no voice and no choice. (Opinion) Big Dawgs eating steak while employees are eating scrap. I have yet to find a company that helps the little guys out. If you work in the office it would probably be a little better.
