There are few downsides to this job. - Being that it is inside sales, we hold each other accountable to following through with duties and being successful. - There is high call volume associated with this industry. - If you have little to no experience (as I did), there will be a period of time where you learn about the business/industry and get on your feet. - This job is very fast pace and you must be adaptable to changes in procedures or guidelines. Being a start up, we have seen a lot of changes, but all for the betterment of the overall business.
