Everyone is treated with respect, kindness, and fairness. It truly feels like being part of a family, and that trust carries over into their partnerships, making it easy and enjoyable to work with them.

Vendo is so proactive and involved that it can be hard to keep up with their pace at times, but it’s a great problem to have.

My specific little team had a good culture, co-wokers and good bosses. But I believe they will be dissolving my team very soon.

There were some issues before the merger with PLTFRM but things got significantly worse. - No support in big company wide transitions (basically told not my issue to figure out) - My team was constantly demoralized my team from C-suite - No actual fixing of issues, just pressure on employees who have no decision making power - Unprofessional client behavior towards employees was not dealt with on multiple occasions (client got discounts instead) - Nepotism is rampant - Ideas, suggestions, warnings, etc were often ignored - Overvalue of "hustling" aka working until early am hours - Tech was super outdated and caused a lot of problems (getting better) - Over reliance on AI - Forced use of AI when not good or efficient - Promised raises/promotions for years before they actually do - Raises/promotions don't even cover cost of living - Pay isn't good enough for the crap your are put through
