Pros
My specific little team had a good culture, co-wokers and good bosses. But I believe they will be dissolving my team very soon.
Cons
There were some issues before the merger with PLTFRM but things got significantly worse.
- No support in big company wide transitions (basically told not my issue to figure out)
- My team was constantly demoralized my team from C-suite
- No actual fixing of issues, just pressure on employees who have no decision making power
- Unprofessional client behavior towards employees was not dealt with on multiple occasions (client got discounts instead)
- Nepotism is rampant
- Ideas, suggestions, warnings, etc were often ignored
- Overvalue of "hustling" aka working until early am hours
- Tech was super outdated and caused a lot of problems (getting better)
- Over reliance on AI
- Forced use of AI when not good or efficient
- Promised raises/promotions for years before they actually do
- Raises/promotions don't even cover cost of living
- Pay isn't good enough for the crap your are put through
