Spending massive amounts money on parties then telling employees they don’t get a bonus. If you’re a woman there, forget it. The glass ceiling is maybe 5” tall. Plus don’t ever stand up for yourself or you’ll be shown the door. Women should be seen, not heard is the motto here.
