Do not trust anyone at this company. HR runs the company and fires anyone that has any sort of passion or work ethic. Give pay cuts to dispensary managers and others even though they are successful and have been workin for nearly two years without a pay raise. Pay raises this year were 'merit' based and amounted to 20 cents an hour raise, which is pretty insulting. People are going to be quitting left and right and moving to other businesses in the industry that are successful. Pharmacann grows a lot of marijuana that contains mold and powdery mildew. They take all that crop and use it for extraction because they will not listen to the people who know how to fix the problems because Pharmacann is out of money and cant find enough investors to fill the void. They do not promote from within, always hire from outside the company. Usually hire people with zero experience in the field. Stay away from this place I beg you.

The number one fatal mistake is the moldy cannabis produced by this company. By not making the necessary investment in equipment to control the high humidity and temperature, this company will not survive. Moldy cannabis will not be tolerated in this rapidly changing industry. With summer around the corner, expect another terrific crop of moldy, pest ridden cannabis. Management unfortunately does not know what they are doing. From a personnel standpoint, Many of the personnel decisions are inconsistent and irrational, further aggravating the bad operational situation, and creating bad morale in the employees.
