      Benefits (although the best health benefits are no longer avail), bonus & stock sharing is good, Work-life balance is good. Vz wants to be portrayed as employee-focused employer.

      Cons

      Could really use dedication to project management methodology. Too many apps & tools across the company. Very little consistency.
