Don't think there's enough structure to develop interns

I absolutely loved my time at Visions Design as a Project Manager. The team vibe was incredible – friendly, supportive, creative and collaborative. Management genuinely cared about their employees, and the flexibility offered really helped me maintain a great work-life balance. The positive culture extended beyond the office, allowed us to bond as a team and I have built lasting friendships with some of the girls. I couldn’t have asked for a better workplace environment. Moved on to further my studies however, I would happily go back to help out anytime. Highly recommend Visions Design to anyone looking for a supportive and rewarding workplace!

Quite fast paced but I enjoyed being busy.. A lot of software for myself to get used too but the processes and training helped so much!!
