Management is genuinely awful. Absolutely zero care for employees, money-focused and completely self-centered. Zero room for progression no matter what they might tell you in the beginning. Expect you to set goals to achieve results for them with false promises about personal, professional and financial progression. Don't fall for the 'culture' they boast about. The only culture there is a toxic one. Luckily fellow employees had all been lovely, but wasted talent in an underappreciated environment. Unsurprisingly most of them have left as turnover is VERY high. If you want to be expected to work long hours with zero reward in a failing business this place is for you! If not, stay away and appreciate your worth.
