      Terrible management and horrible experience - Creative Artworker Vitabiotics Employee Review

      Great low level staffs

      Cons

      - Do not work here the positive reviews on Glassdoor may be been placed by the directors. - During fisrt two years staff are hired and fired. - No understanding of employment law. - Micro managed by directors and no one is able to have any impact. - Mean directors and they only think about themselves and money. - Directors are rude and love bullying. They shout at staff. - You will not have the opportunity to grow here. - The office is in very bad location which is difficult to get to, very limited choice of food and very depressing, especially in the evening and winter. - No tube stations are nearby.

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for over six years, and it’s been an incredible journey. From day one, I’ve felt supported and encouraged to grow both professionally and personally. One of the best parts of working here is the people. I’ve built lasting friendships that have made my time here truly special.

      Cons

      Every company has its challenges, and this one is no different. At times, the workload can get intense during busy periods, and internal communication/ approval process could be a bit smoother but those are minor trade-offs.
