      Pros

      I am coming up to my 20th year and have done many roles within the business. Each time I have been supported in my growth. I genuinely feel like Vitality is home. It has taught me that being uncomfortable sometimes is healthy in order to grow. That great people are around you every day help you evolve. This is an incredibly supportive environment and are pretty lucky as we get great benefits from free lunches to Health insurance, income protection and more.

      Cons

      Don't have any. One think I would say is this is a forward thinking business so there is change and fast pace which isn't for everyone
