Pros
The culture is fast paced, and dynamic, but it is well supported at the same time. The benefits are great (membership to the Vitality programme and health insurance being a key one), and the people are excellent. It is vibrant, hard sometimes, but rewarding because you are always learning and achieving. It is optimistic, and the office facilities are beautiful, which is no small part of our lives. The company is also aiming to do good in the world in terms of sustainability, culture, and healthcare.
Cons
It could be a bit marmite for some people; a lot of roles require you to be self-motivated, enjoy change and fast paced working.
