Vizergy Response
11yFirst, thank you for taking the time to share your views on Vizergy. While this feedback is of course difficult to hear, it also helps us to gain insight and better understand the differing viewpoints of our valued employees. We are genuinely remiss that we did not have the opportunity to address and discuss your dissatisfaction and work towards a fitting solution while a part of the Vizergy team. We are proud to employ an open door policy and we greatly value the opinions of our staff, whether negative or positive, as this feedback allows us to make positive changes and better understand the needs of our associates. Vizergy has always strived to share in our successes and provide a collaborative environment that reflects mutual respect between management and our associates. We are particularly disheartened to hear that you felt your voice was undervalued and that decisions are limited to a particular demographic within the organization. We have worked hard over the years to celebrate the successes of all of our associates – without barriers. We are proud to acknowledge that we currently have women appointed to a variety of leadership roles within the company. This includes women in four out of six Director and Sr. Manager roles, as well three out of four Account Executive roles held by women. We will continue to celebrate diversity and recognize individual successes based on performance and efforts put forth. We are unhappy to hear of your experience, but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and encourage you to reach out to us with any feedback that you feel could help us to improve as a company in the future.
