No expectation or recognition for providing good customer service. Actually, management frowns upon employees taking time to help customers. It takes aways from time doing your job. Stocking shelves. Profiling and prejudice of customers and hiring employees by race and culture. Simply said, don't work there. Lowest pay in industry. Unless your management.
