      Great team but frustrating bonus structure - Personal Shopper/OGP Walmart Employee Review

      Set schedule, great team members.

      Cons

      They give you a bonus in may 1.00 for May June July August and Sept. Towards the end of the month, the company takes back the raise and put you back at your starting wage which is 18.23 It's pretty crappy they do this.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
