      - Very chilled and relaxed work environment. - Good compensation. - Basic perks available like fre lunch, cab service, internet reimbursement, good stocked pantry, foosball, carrom & TT tables.

      Cons

      - Bad learning curve - Chances of getting a good team are low. - Not the hard-working and fun culture a fresher expects from his/her job All above depend on team.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
