Pros

Benefits were excellent-pay, bonus, 401k match, etc. There were some good people, unfortunately not enough to stay

Cons

Don't have an original thought or try something new-you will be branded as Satan and quickly pushed out for "going against the culture". And for all their "holier than thou" attitude, there are multiple instances of mgmt in the US "on the take" from suppliers. Oh, and be prepared for a layoff every 5 yrs or so where they give a "reason" but use it as an opportunity to get rid of innovative thinkers, people who question, and anyone who chose not to drink the kool-aid. Finally, why are so many woman officers leaving?

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
