Pros

Flexibility in time - they won't fire you if you want to go to school or get sick like a regular human being. They work with your schedule.

Cons

They are understaffed in management or, rather, have managers who dissapear frequently off the job. And if there is an issue arising from that dissapearance, the subordinate will be punished first. Also, while they work all employees at more or less the same pace, men are promoted faster and more easily than women, and usually have to do less in those positions. Most of the assistants are women, but I wouldn't wish that job on my worst enemy, since it tends to be 2-3 jobs in one for not nearly enough pay.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
