Pros
Walmart.com is at the cutting edge of online retail. It's a dynamic environment in which smart, intelligent people are excited about the work they do. Communication and information-sharing is very open, and people respect each other. I was also surprised by how diverse a community it is.
Cons
The only downside has been that the Benefits package, although adequate, isn't as good as it is at other companies in the Bay Area.
