simple, easy, straightforward working environment.
Cons
priorities change in the blink of an eye. There was a point when I was there that the company decided to raise the starting wage a good amount but gave current employees a tiny fraction of a raise compared to it. So small that some employees of almost two years had a lower pay than new employees in the same department.
