Pros

Able to earn a living and use past experience to help tier1 agents, store clerks, and customers of Walmart Stores and Walmart online.

Cons

Walmart stores and Walmart online are two separate entities. Meaning, that it is harder to assist customers that call upset with treatment in the store as we cannot see or answer or solve their problem since we do not have access to see or solve store problems (delivery issues, returns, pricing errors, refunds etc). Stores will tell customers to call WM online to solve issues we have no knowledge or access to fix. By the time they reach Tier2 they are truly upset.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
