Pros
Great bonus structure, they have flextime in most divisions. Paid time off is pretty good as well. Lots of opportunities.
Cons
In some divisions you will get no where if you don't know the right people. There's a lot of "black balling" if your manager doesn't feel a job you're applying for doesn't suit you in their opinion.
