Pros
Not much to say here. I worked in the management line of work, and they really don't pay anything, unless you have connections. They move you to a high position , however your pay scale stays the same.
Cons
Don't where to being.. They are the most messed managed outfit I have every worked for. They make more red tape than they need and too many Yuppies s running the show and running the company into the ground. I believe , Walmart will soon be splitting up as a company here soon or will end up with Unions in there DC areas. And that is what they get for hiring a bunch of non-English speaking labor.
