Pros
Walmart is overall an excellent company to work at, the culture is amazing and the management really cares about their associates. The job is well organized and there is a lot of oversight from corporate to make sure things run smoothly and consistently through all stores. Meetings with managers provide good insight into job performance and there is upward mobility to those associates with seniority and experience.
Cons
The only downside is the uniform/dress code which is strict and limits expression, however there are special days throughout the week and year that you can wear something different.
