Pros

If you don't have a place to work and this is your last resort it is okay for a while, just don't become sick while on the job. The customer service managers were for the most part friendly and the senior store managers were okay.

Cons

If you ever become sick while working they will only let you go home if you are willing to lose your job they only give you two sick days when you begin working and their benefits are pretty much a joke. They really discourage telling anyone about minor on the job injuries. They are really strict about time cards because they are afraid of OSHA....so don't go over 40 hours even by a minute.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
