Pros
I came into the company out of college and was lucky enough to get a job in corporate. Everyone was extremely patient with me and was understanding that I was learning all new things in the job world. No matter what level an associate was in the company, they always treated me as their peer and never their boss or authority figure. The ability to grow within the Company is undeniable and, as long as you are willing, they will train you to make sure you have all the abilities you need to perform your job to its full potential.
Cons
In your first year there, you are pretty much a prisoner to your work. You will not get any paid time off unless it is a company wide scheduled day off (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving). On that note, if you miss the day before or the day after that company wide day off then you will not get paid for the day that everyone gets paid for. Pretty lame, but like I said your a prisoner that first year. Your health benefits will not go into effect until you have been with the company for 6 months and a lot can happen in that time period.
