Pros

The people, culture, and general attitudes are unmatched. The environment this creates makes for a really good experience. The facilities are improving and the company is becoming more technologically progressive every day. They genuinely listen to concerns and try to act on them to the point it can be overwhelming, in a good way. The cafeteria is like getting a pay raise because the prices are cheap and the food is healthy.

Cons

There is still a lot of red tape even with recent efforts to reduce it. If you get on the wrong team you can end up doing little to no coding and just lead contractors. Being the size it is, there are a lot of outdated technologies and no unified sense of direction from a technology stand point. The 45 hour minimum work week is a negative, but if that's my biggest complaint then they are doing things right.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
